Tournament & Conference Registration:

Cost includes medical conference, hockey, hospitality suite and 1 ticket to the awards banquet.

Registration Fee (GST included):
$350 - Pre-registrants (must be before Jan 9th)
$400 - On-site registration
$50 - Hold out fee!
$40 - Extra banquet tickets

Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations 21 days prior to start of tournament.
For cancellations less than 21 days prior - 50% refund, or credit towards next year's registration.
